🔁 Refund & Non-Refund Policy

At Induveda, we prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Non-Refundable Products

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and consumable products, the following items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE:

All opened, used, or partially used products

Products purchased under offers, discounts, or promotions

Products returned due to change of mind

Products returned due to taste, smell, or personal preference

Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage


Once delivered, medicinal and consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


✅ Refundable / Replaceable Products (Eligible Cases Only)

Refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product received in damaged or leaked condition
✔ Missing item in the order
✔ Manufacturing defect (if reported within timeline)


🕒 Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Customer must share clear photos or unboxing video as proof

Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be accepted

 

🔄 Refund / Replacement Process

After verification, we will provide replacement or refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

 

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

In case of approved replacement due to our error, we will bear shipping cost

 

⚠️ Important Notes

Induveda reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after investigation

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (if applicable)

This policy complies with Ayurvedic & consumable product safety norms
