At Induveda, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations regarding healthcare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

While we take extreme care in packaging and shipping, if you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, we will happily send you a replacement or issue a refund.

• You must inform us within 48 hours of product delivery.

• An unboxing video and photos clearly showing the damaged/wrong item and shipping label are mandatory for verification.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

• Once the order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled or returned.

• Once your proof (unboxing video/photos) is verified and approved by our team, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
