Shipping Policy

At Induveda, we strive to deliver your Ayurvedic and wellness products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold, or flat shipping rates calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and link to track your order in real-time.

4. Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and mobile number are accurate. Induveda is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or customer unavailability after multiple attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged Packages in Transit

  • If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please take photo/video proof before opening and contact us immediately at induvedawellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
